Service Description

This is the first level of Reiki called Shoden. You will learn about the 5 major elements of Reiki, including meditation, breathing techniques, and how to work on yourself and others. The focus of this class is primary to help calm your mind and feel greater peace. It is about your own spiritual and relaxation deepening in order to feel better. Future classes will have greater concentration on working on other people if you choose. The first step is to work on yourself. You need no previous meditation, or spiritual experience for the class. A manual and other elements are provided. There is nothing you need to do other than attend with an interest to learn.
