I've had a number of people comment and/or take pictures of the plaque in the bathroom of The Sacred Ways. So here it is!
I like this plaque because I believe this is what goes on in a Reiki session.
A session helps people let go of what they are not - and return to what they are. This is often referred to as "remembering" or reminding. The goal is not to find something new, but to remember and feel what has always been inside us.
